• Your employer logo* is on the flyer as well as part of the event announcement on my.zbp.at.

• Your ad will be placed on my.zbp.at as well as wu.ac.at, and sent to all interested applicants via job alert.

• Your ad will be presented to our community on social media (either Facebook or Instagram). You are welcome to do so yourself with a 1-minute “this makes our job special” cell phone video.

• We recommend your job to suitable applicants in our WU applicant community, and address passive job seekers through our channels and contacts at the university (departments, institutes, student clubs).

• We handle the entire communication and coordination with the applicants.

• Applicants are selected digitally, in full compliance with GDPR, using our IT tool. This tool gives you access to all your applicants. We will gladly support you in the pre-selection process by discussing the job profile with you, screening the documents and submitting a recommendation for the best candidates. You will, of course, still have access to ALL applications.

• On interview day,

             you move into your recruiting lounge, and conduct interviews with up to
            10 candidates.

             OR

 

             conduct live interviews with up to 10 candidates from your office.

• After interview day, we coordinate, and we take over the correspondence of rejections with the candidates who haven’t received an answer yet.
